We only collect minimal personal information and the sensitive information collected during checkout along with your credit card information are protected by 256 bits SSL encryption and directly transmitted to the merchant bank and not stored on our server. This information can only be accessible by the merchant bank and authorized agents involved in the transaction (Ex: Visa, Mastercard), and are required by law to keep the information confidential. We are not able in any way to access this information.

We ship very professionally and discretely in 100% recyclable bubble envelopes or cardboard boxes depending on volume, addressed from "TP.net", labeled as incense.
