Who is TrancePlants ?

We are an organization interested in the traditional use of medicinal and shamanic plants/incenses in a healing and exploration context. The first goal of TrancePlants is to share the knowledge about these magnificent plants and make them accessible to you, travelers of the universe. We also have a great respect for the environment and for the people, and we practice sustainable development in every aspect of our operations. Moreover, we give 5% of our profits to an organization working to save the South American Rainforest. You can read more about us, our mission, our values; in our "about" section.

How secure is your website?

As you can see by the logo on the left, we own a secured, valid and verified GeoTrust SSL (Secure Socket Layer) certificate, thus making sure all transactions made on our website are entirely secure. GeoTrust is one of the safest, renowned and secured SSL Certificate providers on the internet, and our SSL technology uses a strong 256-bit encryption system/2048-bit root; to provide our customers with the safest transactions. We only collect minimal personal information and the sensitive information collected during checkout along with your credit card information are protected by 256 bits SSL encryption and directly transmitted to the merchant bank and not stored on our server. This information can only be accessible by the merchant bank and authorized agents involved in the transaction (Ex: Visa, Mastercard), and are required by law to keep the information confidential. We are not able in any way to access this information.

Under no circumstances will any of your information be revealed or shared with anyone. We share your desire for individual privacy, and do everything within our power to preserve it. We have implemented extensive measures to ensure that your personal information is stored securely in a form that could not be accessed by any third party, whether it was requested voluntarily or otherwise. 

Do you ship discretely ?

We ship very professionally and discretely in 100% recyclable bubble envelopes or cardboard boxes depending on volume, addressed from "TP.net", labeled as incense.

How quick do you answer e-mails?

We take great care of our customers and we always answer our e-mails every day, but Sunday. If you sent us an e-mail and didn't get a response within 24 hours, please try again, your e-mail might have not gotten to us.
