Payment

We accept all major Credit Cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover) through our secured processing pages through Paypal.

We also accept Paypal payments, Canadian and USA money orders, and Western Union payments. We cannot accept international money orders.

Canadian customers will be charged 5% GST, and Quebec customers 5% GST + 7,5% QST. However, we offer a 7.5% shipping discount for Quebec customers. Use coupon code QUEBEC when checking-out. Only Quebec customers will be given this discount, if you're not from Quebec, don't try using the Coupon code, this will only delay your order, since we won't ship any order with this coupon to non-Quebec users.

In regards the internet transaction security, we are a certified secure site, and we run on SSL technology to provide our customers with the safest transactions. For best Security, we subscribed to The Authorize.Net Fraud Detection Suite™ (FDS) which is a set of customizable, rules-based filters and tools that identify, manage and prevent suspicious and potentially costly fraudulent transactions.

 

Shipping

We ship every Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning. We process orders as soon as payment is made.

We ship in most countries but Australia, Indonesia and Ukraine. There are other restrictions on some of our products for some countries, please inquire if you have any doubt, and it is your responsibility to know the laws in your country before to order.

We ship very professionally and discretely in 100% recyclable bubble envelopes or cardboard boxes depending on volume, addressed from "TP.net", labeled as incense. For protecting you and us from fraud; when paying by credit card, we cannot ship to another address than the one provided by your credit card account.

We always send shipping notifications, and depending on the shipping method chosen, we send all tracking information available. Orders can be tracked on Canadapost.ca, USPS.com, or other international postal agency where the package is going to.

Regular parcel (available only for parcels under 28g): 3-5 business days.
Expedited parcel: 4-8 business days with warranty and tracking number
Xpresspost: 3-5 business days with warranty and tracking number
Priority courier: 2 business days with warranty and tracking number

US;
Small packet USA air : 6-10 business days
Expedited parcel USA: 6-10 business days with warranty and tracking number
Xpresspost USA: 5-6 business days with warranty and tracking number
Priority courier: 2 business days with warranty and tracking number

Internationnal;
Small packet international: Delays depends on countries, usually 6-10 business days
Xpresspost international: 6-7 business days, with warranty and tracking number
Priority courier: 3 business days with warranty and tracking number

 

Reshipping, Refund and returns

Due to sanitary concerns, we cannot take any return if the package has been opened. However, we want to make sure that all our customers are 100% happy with our products; so if you feel the products received does not look like described on the site, or if there is anything missing: contact us. We have a very good reputation of supplying only high quality products, and very rarely our customers are not satisfied with it, but we're ready to resolve any unsatisfaction. We'll reship any item that is lost in transit, at no additional charge if the package is not delayed or seized by customs. We do not ship any restricted herbs in countries where there are laws about specific herbs, but it's the customer responsibility to know the custom regulations and laws before ordering. We rarely have packages seized by customs, because our products are well labeled and we ship accordingly, but in the case that it happens we cannot be held responsible for the lost. The delays before being able to reship an item (if lost in transit) are: Canada: 15 Days after shipping date; USA small packet: 45 days; USA Expedited, Xpresspost, Priority: 15 days; International: 45 days. Problems in transit are very rare. :-)

 

Privacy Notice and Security

We only collect a minimal amount of information when our customers register on our site or make an order. You may be asked your name, e-mail address, mailing address, birth date and phone number. This information is collected for the purpose of fulfilling accordingly the orders and to protect you and us from fraudulent orders. This information is only used for order processing and follow-up. Under no circumstances we will sell or reveal this information to anyone or any organization. Personal privacy is very important to us and we do everything to preserve and protect your information. To do so, we do not keep any physical or electronic records of our customers in our business location or personal server. Your information is kept in our 128 bit-encrypted (the best encryption system to this date) secured SSL server, which can't be accessed by any third-party.

Moreover, all personal sensitive information (Credit card information) is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted (128 bits) into our Payment gateway providers database (Paypal). Paypalt is one of the safest, renowned and secured payment gateways on the internet. This information can only be accessible by them and authorized agents involved in the transaction (Ex: Visa, Mastercard), and are required by law to keep the information confidential. We do not have access to this sensitive information, and it will not be kept on our server.
